Analysis on site selection principle of charging station
(1) Establish a charging station network with reasonable layout based on demand;
The layout of charging stations is guided by the charging demand, which refers to the charging demand of a certain number of electric vehicles at a specific time and place. Charging demand is closely related to traffic density, but it is restricted by the operation mode of electric vehicles. The control of the number of charging stations shall be consistent with the distribution of charging demand as far as possible, and shall be directly proportional to the traffic density of electric vehicles in each region. Therefore, the planned charging station should meet the supporting needs of electric vehicle operation in the region according to the balance of regional supply and demand and combined with the urban spatial layout structure, and the service capacity should be moderately advanced.
(2) Follow differentiated service and management methods;
According to the spatial distribution of the demand of charging stations in each area and in combination with the local intention, the layout of different types of charging facilities shall be arranged to ensure that each facility has a reasonable service scope or density, and reasonable links shall be maintained between adjacent charging stations to achieve a balanced layout on the whole. Considering the aging of battery life, traffic congestion and other practical factors, from the perspective of ensuring the continuous driving of electric vehicle users, the service radius of the charging station shall be calculated based on the single charging mileage of electric vehicle of 100 km. The service range of the central charging station is 100 ~ 120 square kilometers and the service radius is 5 ~ 7 kilometers; The service radius of the charging and replacement power station is about 2km.
(3) Site layout should be adjusted to local conditions and land intensive utilization;
Independent construction of centralized charging station is considered; The charging and replacement power station can be constructed independently or in combination with public transport stations, transportation hubs, public parking lots, rail transit stations, P + R parking lots and other municipal facilities. Independent charging piles can be considered to be built in parking spaces of public facilities such as residential quarters, office places and large supermarkets, which are generally arranged according to 2% ~ 3% of the parking spaces.
(4) Meet the requirements of urban master planning and road network planning;
The layout of the charging station is the result of the analysis of the demand conditions of the charging station in different regions, but the possibility of its implementation conditions must be considered when it comes to the location of the charging station. The location of the charging station shall be determined by combining the regional construction planning and road network planning, taking the overall layout planning of the network as the macro control basis, and comparing the planning and location schemes of the layout network and its surrounding areas.
(5) Meet the requirements of relevant specifications for site land area;
According to the basic functions and configuration requirements of charging stations, with reference to the provisions on the land area of gas stations in the code for planning and design of urban road traffic and the requirements of relevant standards of charging stations of State Grid Corporation of China, and based on the efficient use of land, this plan integrates relevant standards and industrial practical experience, from the perspective of land conservation, It is determined that the land scale for the site selection of the planned charging station is: the land area of the centralized charging station is reserved according to 3000 square meters. The area of large-scale charge and exchange power station is reserved at 2000 square meters, medium-sized charge and exchange power station is reserved at 1000 square meters, and small-scale charge and exchange power station is reserved at 800 square meters. In addition, the layout of charging stations should meet the requirements of environmental protection and fire safety, and should make full use of the nearby power supply, transportation, fire protection and other public facilities.
(6) The charging station should not be located in a place with dust or corrosive gas. When it cannot be far away, it should not be located on the downwind side of the prevailing wind direction of the pollution source.
(7) The charging station shall not be located in low-lying places and places where water may accumulate.
(8) The charging station shall not be set in places with violent vibration or high temperature.
